Once you reserve your room, you'll receive a smart-lock access code through our app. Simply use your smartphone to unlock the gate, elevator, and your individual room door at any time, day or night, 365 days a year. The entire access is touchless and logged for your security.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, mada), Apple Pay and Google Wallet. We also accept direct bank transfers for one-off prepayments. All payments are processed securely through our online platform. For month-to-month payments, we require that you set up automatic monthly billing for a seamless experience.

Our minimum rental period is just one month. There are no long-term contracts required. You can rent month-to-month and cancel at any time with a 14-day notice. We also offer discounted rates for 3-month, 6-month, and annual commitments.

Security is our top priority. Our facility features 24/7 CCTV surveillance with smart analytics, individual smart-lock access on every room, perimeter fencing, well-lit corridors and exteriors, fire detection and suppression systems, and on-site security personnel. Every access event is logged digitally.
